Please find below the terms, conditions, and rules of the Valkence Apparel Ambassador Program. This page may be updated at anytime and so we encourage you to check this page regularly to ensure that you are up to date with the latest information.

1. Ambassador earnings only apply to products of which are public.
2. The Ambassador must be following @Valkence and @ValkenceApparel on Instagram and X/Twitter to be eligible to join.
3. Ambassadors in the Valkence Apparel Ambassador program are not directly associated or contracted with Valkence and on an internal level.
4. The 10% of profit earnings recieved by the Ambassador may be less than the actual 10% of profit earnings due to payment processor and transfer fees.
5. The official hashtag of the Ambassador program is #ValkenceApparelAmbassador. This hashtag is a way for Ambassador's to find each other easily.
6. If an order which an Ambassador's code has been used on is cancelled or returned, the Ambassador's earnings from the said cancelled or returned order will be removed and will not apply.
7. The 10% of earnings that the Ambassador is to receive is 10% of profits from each order made with their Ambassador code. Earnings will only be counted for if they are made with the Ambassador's code.
8. Ambassadors in the Valkence Apparel Ambassador Program may refer to their partnership to Valkence Apparel publicly as a Valkence Apparel Ambassador or Partner, with Ambassador being the preferred choice of wording.
9. The free product that the Ambassador is eligible for every 10 orders can be one of any Valkence Apparel-based product in the Valkence.com store. Valkence+ Crew and Valkence Apparel Club members will get their free product every 5 orders.
10. The Ambassador will be paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. For example, if an Ambassador has $100 in earnings in January, those earnings will be paid out to the Ambassador on the 15th of February.
11. Ambassadors are allowed to make promotional materials using Valkence's logo. These materials must solely be used to promote Valkence Apparel for Ambassador program purposes and may not be used in any other scenario without written consent from Valkence.
    
12. The Ambassador must regularly promote Valkence Apparel, whether that be directly on social media or through displaying a promotional graphic on their livestream or content. The Ambassador must promote Valkence Apparel once every 2 weeks at minimum in order to remain an active member of the Ambassador Program. 
13. The Ambassador is responsible for fulfilling all legal duties on earnings they are given such as paying taxes and VAT. The Ambassador is acting is a freelancer for Valkence and must manage their own accounting responsibilities and pay their own taxes and other applicable legal responsibilities with earnings made by being an Ambassador.
14. If an Ambassador is to do a giveaway with Valkence Apparel product(s), the Ambassador will be responsible for fulfilling the responsibilities of the giveaway in its entirety. This involves, but is not limited to, the handling of the giveaway, the choosing of the winner(s), the purchasing of the product to give to the giveaway winner(s), and the controlling of data of the giveaway winner(s) shipping details. 
    
15. Valkence, the brand behind Valkence Apparel, reserves the right to close the Valkence Apparel Ambassador Program at anytime that it sees fit. In the event that this happens, all Ambassadors will be paid earnings they are owed and all Ambassador codes will be terminated. Ambassadors will be emailed this or told on their dashboard through the Valkence Apparel Ambassador Comms section.
16. The Ambassador must not be affiliated or associated in a similar-manor with any organization or brand of the likes of Valkence or Valkence Apparel in order to be a Valkence Apparel Ambassador. By applying to the Valkence Apparel Ambassador Program, the Ambassador agrees that they are not affiliated or associated with any brands or organizations similar to Valkence or Valkence Apparel.
17. The Ambassador must do their best to keep the dashboard that they are given access to in full confidentiality. The dashboard may feature confidential information such as PayPal email addresses and sales amounts. Valkence will take precautions to keep all data safe on its end, however, can not be held responsible for the exposure of said information in such events as a data breach. The Ambassador must inform Valkence if they are aware of any potential breaches.
18. As a Valkence Apparel Ambassador, we may send you an email ocassionally regarding promotions, Valkence-related announcements, and similiar purposes. By joining and being an Ambassador, you agree to be emailed. You may opt out of the emails at anytime by emailing Hello@Valkence.com with a request to stop Ambassador-related emails besides urgent one-off ones or by pressing the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of an email if applicable to a said email.
19. The Ambassador will be eligible to receive earnings from their second sale onwards, meaning that the Ambassador must first get one sale with their code to be eligible for the 10% of earnings and the Ambassador will receive their earnings from their second Ambassador code sale onwards. The free product that the Ambassador is eligible to receive every 10 orders (Or 5 orders as a Valkence+ Crew or Valkence Apparel Club member) also applies to this term, meaning that the Ambassador will be eligible for their free product every 10 orders (Or 5 orders as a Valkence+ Crew or Valkence Apparel Club member) from their second Ambassador code sale onwards. 
20. The Ambassador grants Valkence, the brand behind Valkence Apparel, permission to commercially and indefinitely use photos and content made by the Ambassador that revolves around the Ambassador Program and Valkence Apparel. This is limited to photos of Ambassador's wearing Valkence Apparel and promotional materials that the Ambassador creates for the Ambassador program. These photos and contents will be used solely on the Valkence and or ValkenceApparel social media platforms to promote the Ambassador and ValkenceApparel. 
    
21. Valkence, the brand that owns Valkence Apparel, has the ability to remove an Ambassador at anytime for any reason that Valkence sees fit. The Ambassador will be notified via email if they are to be removed from the Ambassador program. Valkence is not required to give reasoning for removements of Ambassadors from the program. If an Ambassador is to be removed from the program, any earnings up to the termination of the Ambassador date will be sent to the Ambassador on either the 15th of the month or the termination date, whichever comes first. The Ambassador's code will be deactivated immediately at the time that the Ambassador is notified of their termination of the program, therefore, Valkence will not owe the terminated Ambassador any earnings from the time of the termination onwards. The Ambassador may be terminated indefinitely or for a select time period, this is based on Valkence's judgement and the terminated Ambassador will be notified of this.
